Linda Bryan is a former social studies teacher, a member of La Compagnie HSP (fur trade reenactment), and an independent researcher focusing on pre-Civil War Minnesota. She specializes in the American Fur Company, the Indian Agency, the Ho-Chunk Removals, and the Ojibwe missions. Her family believes she is obsessed with Henry M. Rice.
