With its prominent placement at the top of Wabasha Hill in St. Paul, the Minnesota State Capitol building is hard not to notice. The statue of four golden horses on top makes it particularly distinctive. MN90 Producer Andi McDaniel learns the story behind the architecture of one of our state's most famous buildings.
